CIMEJES is sponsor of Leipzig Insolvency Congress (Leipziger Insolvenzrechtstag) on February 23, 2004 November 20 , 2003 CIMEJES will be present at 5th Leipzig Insolvency Congress on February 23, 2004 in Leipzig (www.insolvenzrechtstag.de). CIMEJES-Partner Michael Martinez Ferber had been co-initiator of the congress series and they have since 1999 become one of the largest insolvency congresses in Germany with approx. 300 attendees per event. This year's speakers include: The hon.H.P.Kirchhof, German Supreme Court (Transaction Avoidance); Dr.C.Schmitz (construction companies in insolvency); Prof.Dr.P.Oberhammer (European Insolvency Regulation).
