CIMEJES-Partner lecturer at Police Institute in North Rhine-Westphalia May 14, 2004 On May 7, 2004 CIMEJES-Partner Ditmar Weis gave a lecture at the Police Institute in North Rhine-Westphalia (Institut für Aus- und Fortbildung der Polizei Nordrhein-Westfalen) in Neuss on "Duties of the Insolvency Trustee". The focus of the lecture was to point out the cooperation and information exchange between the Insolvency Trustee and the Police/Criminal Prosecutors when it comes to alleged criminal acts (e.g. fraudulent insolvencies). The next lecture will be on June 15, 2004 at the FinanzColloquium Heidelberg (www.fc-heidelberg.de) at the Banking Conference on "Inhalte einer Arbeitsanweisung EWB - Prüfung und EWB-Bildung vor dem Hintergrund der Mindestanforderungen an das Kreditgeschäft". A further conference will be held on June 16, 2004 on "Financial Statement Fraud and Planned Insolvencies".
