Cimejes Partner invited to conference in Latvia January 18, 2005 Michael Martinez Ferber has been invited to a seminar on cross-border insolvency proceedings hosted by the Government Agency "Insolvency Administration" (Maksatnespejas Administracija) on 18 January 2005 in Riga. The seminar was held in co-operation with the Swedish Institutional Support Fund on Short-term Technical Assistance Projects and included urgent problems in the process of the application of the Regulation No.1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings.
